Customer Reviews
Detailed review of original painting
I purchased one of Tania Vanzetti's original paintings, an angelic encounter illustration. The ordering process online was straightforward, and I received an email confirmation immediately. Delivery took about 10 days, which was reasonable for an original artwork shipping from Australia. The painting was expertly packaged, arriving in perfect condition, and was indeed signed by the artist. The colors are vibrant, and the detail is even more impressive in person than on the website photos. It's a significant piece and has become a focal point in my home. I had a quick question about care instructions, and their support team replied within a day. A very positive experience overall, definitely a high-quality art purchase.
Lovely cards, will buy again
I picked up a set of their faith based stationery greeting cards. They're all so beautiful and unique! The designs are really special, not like anything you find in regular stores. They even came with envelopes. I'm definitely going to shop here again for gifts!
Nice art, shipping delays
I ordered a floral art print for my living room. The artwork itself is beautiful and looks great on my wall. It was easy to hang too. However, the shipping took a bit longer than I expected for an art print, about two weeks. I wish they had faster options. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was good. Overall, happy with the product, just factor in some extra time for delivery.
Good book, quick delivery
I bought 'An Extraordinary Day' children's book. It arrived quickly and was well-packaged. My daughter really enjoyed the story and illustrations. Happy with the purchase.
Great value on prints
I was looking for some religious wall art and found Palace Publishers. I signed up for their newsletter and got a 10% discount on a stretched canvas art print. The price was really fair, especially with the discount, and the print quality is excellent. Felt like I got a good deal for such a unique piece.
Reliable for Christian gifts
I've bought from Palace Publishers several times now, mostly for Christian gift-giving seasons. This time I ordered a couple of their children's picture books and some birthday cards. Like my previous orders, everything arrived safely and was just as described. The quality of the books is consistent, and the greeting cards are always lovely. They've been reliable for unique items I can't find elsewhere, which is why I keep coming back. No issues with this order, just the usual good service.

Do the greeting cards come with envelopes? Some places make you buy them separate which is annoying.
what if an art print gets damaged during shipping? is their return policy a nightmare?
my kids are obsessed with angels right now, do her books or prints have a lot of angelic stuff? or is it more general Christian themes?
is there any way to get free shipping on the art prints? or is that only for certain deals?
Just wondering about shipping times to, like, California. Is it going to take ages since it's from Australia?
thinking about getting one of the big canvas prints. are they ready to hang right when they arrive or do I need to buy extra hardware?
hey, was looking at the An Extraordinary Day book for my niece. anyone know if Tania signs these copies or if that's just for certain items?
how does Palace Publishers compare to Christianbook.com? like for kid's books specifically.
